› How do I apply for an apartment at UNCOMMON Boise?
Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our UNCOMMONLY friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› What is an individual lease?
An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at UNCOMMON Boise, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent, and nobody else’s. The rent you pay pertains to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!
› Will I need a cosigner for my lease at UNCOMMON Boise?
At UNCOMMON Boise, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
› What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to UNCOMMON Boise residents.
› Do apartments come furnished?
Yes! Apartments come fully-furnished with couches, chairs, coffee tables, TV stands, side tables, mounted 50” LED SMART TVs, quartz countertops, bar stools, USB power outlets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, stoves, large basin sinks with garbage disposal, full size beds with memory foam mattresses, under bed storage, desks with chairs, walk-in closets with shelving and mirrored doors, glass shower doors, and quartz surface vanities.
› Is there parking at UNCOMMON Boise?
Of course. We have a secure, covered parking garage for the exclusive use of our UNCOMMON Boise residents. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to call to inquire about a parking spot today.
› Is there security at UNCOMMON Boise?
The safety of our residents is our first priority at UNCOMMON Boise. We have video surveillance, electronic fob entry, and video doorbells courtesy of Butterfly MX to help keep the premises secure.
› Does UNCOMMON Boise allow pets?
Absolutely! You and your furry friends are more than welcome to come call UNCOMMON Boise home. Please ask a leasing agent how you can register your pet!
› Where does my mail go?
Each unit at our apartments in Boise has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building located near the resident lounge and leasing office. All mail for the entire unit will be delivered there. If a package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it will be held at the leasing office for residents to pick up during office hours.
› How do I make rent payments?
We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Paying rent is done completely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.
› How do I make a maintenance request?
The Resident Portal is where you can also go to submit maintenance requests. You can see a log of the maintenance requests you’ve submitted and the status of each. You can navigate to the maintenance tab in the portal, or you can simply press the “Submit Maintenance Request” button on the homepage of the dashboard.

› Who can access the amenities?
The amenities at our apartments in Boise are available exclusively to residents and their guests – it’s one of the amazing perks of living at UNCOMMON Boise.
› What utilities come with rent?
When you pay rent at UNCOMMON Boise, you’re getting more than just an apartment. You’re getting access to a wealth of amenities unlike anything else in Boise. You’re getting complimentary utilities like water, sewer, trash, and blazing-fast WiFi. The only utility residents are responsible for paying is electricity.
